PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a model of a surgery target area made up of an organ and peripheral tissue surrounding the organ regardless of the number and the shape of organs inside the peripheral tissue.SOLUTION: A device 1 for creating an organ model with peripheral tissue comprises: a storage unit 5 which stores vascular models A2 and B1 and a peripheral tissue model F and model creating unit 3 which creates an organ model N with peripheral tissue by using the vascular models A2 and B1 and the peripheral tissue model F stored in the storage unit 5.
