PURPOSE: A laser grain processing apparatus is provided to improve the efficiency of grain processing by increasing the maximum continuous process speed through emitting laser to grains.CONSTITUTION: An input unit (20) inputs a set value of a laser beam into a central control unit (10). A grain supplier driving unit (30) supplies grains (G) stored inside a grains supplier on a conveyor (70) by the control of the central control unit. A laser driving unit (50) controls the emission of the laser bean by detecting the rotation speed and the location of a mirror rotated by a motor. A laser emitting device (60) emits the laser bean to the grains being transferred on the conveyor for forming holes or grooves on the grains. A driving unit (80) operates the conveyor. The grains stored in the grains supplier are supplied to the conveyor through an outlet (41) of the grain supplier.
