PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fexofenadine formulation easily taking for a child and an older person, suppressing bitterness peculiar to fexofenadine at the time of intake, excellent in releasability of an active ingredient from the formulation and temporal stability of the formulation, for example the increase of analogous substance is significantly suppressed even in storage under high temperature and high humidity and irradiation with light, and less variable in blend change.SOLUTION: A fexofenadine granule formulation contains a coating granule having an agent layer formed by utilizing a layering method using pharmaceutically inactive nuclear particle and a layering liquid containing fexofenadine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a coating layer containing a coating base formed outside the agent layer and capable of releasing an agent after administration.
