PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional implement for performing works at field corners cannot form strong levees, because a forming pressure in a levee direction is reduced at the field corner.SOLUTION: This levee-forming machine has: a support frame 2 fixed and extended in an obliquely rear direction from a mounting frame 1 a levee-forming work portion 5 which is disposed on the support frame 2, can forward or rearward be moved relative to the mounting frame 1 along the support frame 2 with a horizontal movement means 4 for increasing or decreasing a distance from the mounting frame 1, and can be rotated in the horizontal direction with a horizontal rotation means 6 or by free rotation on a forward or rearward movable horizontal rotation shaft 54 a front portion guide wheel 7 disposed on the front side of the levee-forming work portion 5 and a rear portion guide wheel 8 disposed on the rear side of the levee-forming work portion 5.
