A method for aquaculture and plant cultivation by combining circulating water is implemented by sending overflow water on the upper level of a culture tank and polluted water on the bottom of the culture tank to a circular plate ultrafiltration membrane unit and a protein separator, respectively. In the protein separator, gas and liquid are mixed to form a bubbled hybrid solution, which is filtered by passing a membrane and separated from bubbles to form a water body flowing into the culture tank to form circulating water. Then, the bubbled hybrid solution and the concentrated waste liquid intercepted by the membrane filtration are sent to a foam collecting tank for standing fermentation to become culture waste water. The culture waste water passes through another circular plate ultrafiltration membrane unit to be separated into a primary filtrate and a turbid high protein concentrate. Finally, the primary filtrate is pumped to a nanofiltration membrane unit to remove ammonia nitrogen so as to obtain a recycling water rich in amino acid and a clear high protein concentrate.
