PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guaifenesin-containing preparation that does not cause adhesion to a production machine due to friction or fusion even if guaifenesin is blended, and is capable of stable production.SOLUTION: An internal-use solid preparation contains guaifenesin, magnesium aluminometasilicate, and starch sodium glycolate. The present invention improves productivity of guaifenesin-blended preparation, and an internal-use solid preparation having high product value is obtained.
