PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alimentary canal stent capable of reducing the possibility that a stent end portion is contacted with a canal wall of an alimentary system body lumen so as to prevent damage and boring on the canal wall due to a stent terminal.SOLUTION: An axial terminal region 11c is formed by being bent inward in a radial direction in an alimentary canal stent 40. With respect to an acute end portion 11d at the terminal end of the alimentary canal stent 40, a plurality of end wires 43a are formed and an end wire 43b with the plurality of end wires 43a connected thereto is further formed. A ball 34 is fixed to the terminal of the end wire 43b. The end wires 43a and 43b and the ball 34 are bent inward in the radial direction. This reduces the possibility that and end portion of the alimentary canal stent 40 is contacted with a canal wall of an alimentary system body lumen. Even when contacted, damage and boring are avoidable.
