PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide endoluminal sealing devices for sealing and treating defects in a body lumen wall, which are suited for use in the gastrointestinal tract including the colon.SOLUTION: A device includes a membrane material disposed on at least a portion, a wire frame, and a partially circumferential stent body. A partially circumferential sealing device is configured to be compliant with the peristaltic movements of the gastrointestinal tract.
