A washing machine, comprising a casing (1), a washing barrel (2), and a mounting board (4) provided at the lower part of the washing barrel (2). The mounting board (4) is connected to the casing (1) by means of a vibration damping component; the washing barrel (2) is a water barrel and can rotate with respect to the mounting board (4); a flexible sealing structure is provided between an outer edge of the mounting board (4) and the casing (1); the flexible sealing structure forms a sunken annular groove (18) to collect washing water flowing downwards along the inner wall of the casing (1); and a secondary water discharge port (17) is formed at the bottom of the annular groove (18) and is communicated with the washing machine. The washing machine omits an outer barrel structure, achieving the purpose of expansion of the washing machine; the problem of short circuits of the washing machine caused by spills of washing water is avoided; and the service life of the washing machine is effectively prolonged.
