The cuff, has a second zone composed of bands comprising a knitting of fibers to the square centimeter greater than the zone (1) and forming a sheath which start at the upper base of the biceps, along the inner and outer tendons of the elbow to the termination of the tendons at the internal base of the wrist. The cuff is composed of 3 zones including a first zone (1) of compression, a second zone (2) able to apply a compression greater than the compression of the zone (1), a third zone (3) able to apply a cross-tension on the elbow joint, and a fourth zone (4) able to apply a compression greater than the compression of the zone (1). The cuff has a third zone (3) consisting of crossed strips adapted to apply an extension on the elbow joint which start on the back tip of the elbow to the insertion of the elbow and triceps muscle and the insertion of the elbow and muscle of the forearm. The cuff includes a fourth zone (4) composed of compression bands from the insertion of the elbow and triceps muscle to the upper base of the triceps. All the areas of the cuff are knitted from extensible and compressive materials integral with each other.
