PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing resources and energy generated in burning facility or sewage treatment facility.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for utilizing resources and energy which consist of carbon dioxide and heat generated in burning facility or carbon dioxide and heat generated in sewage treatment facility, in which exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide created by burning fuel or treated gas containing carbon dioxide created in a treatment process of sewage water is supplied into a greenhouse to cultivate plants. The exhaust gas is created by digesting sewage water sludge, which is generated by processing sewage water, to generate digestive gas containing methane gas, and burning the digestive gas. In addition to the exhaust gas, heat which performs heat exchange with the treatment water in a process that treatment water which treated sewage water circulates through a treatment water conduit and is collected via a heat pump is supplied into the greenhouse. The treated gas is created associated with decomposition of an organic substance dissolved in sewage water. The concentration of carbon dioxide of the greenhouse into which exhaust gas or treated gas is supplied is higher than the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
