The present invention relates to an aircraft patient loading system. The system includes a stretcher bearer for bearing a patient stretcher. A guide is provided for guiding the stretcher bearer from a base to an entry of an aircraft. Advantageously, the guide may guide the stretcher bearer, in turn, bearing the patient stretcher loaded with a military patient so as to conveniently and safely transport the patient from the base to the entry of a large civilian passenger aircraft during an evacuation.La présente invention concerne un système de chargement de patient dans un aéronef.
