The present invention relates to an optical imaging apparatus and an optical image generation method using the same, and more particularly, to the optical imaging apparatus for generating an optical image by using a combined light source including an optical coupling unit which couples and outputs lights generated from a white light source unit and a narrowband light source unit, and an optical image generation method using the same. According to the present invention, an optical imaging apparatus for generating an optical image for a sample by irradiating the sample with a predetermined light includes: a narrowband light source unit for generating a narrowband light a white light source unit for generating a white light an optical coupling unit for coupling and outputting the lights generated from the narrowband light source unit and the white light source unit an optical transmission unit for transmitting the light outputted from the optical coupling unit to irradiate the sample and an optical detection unit for detecting light reflected or emitted from the sample.본 발명은 광학 영상 장치 및 이를 이용한 광학 영상 생성 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 백색광원부와 협대역광원부에서 생성된 빛을 결합하여 출력하는 광결합부를 구비하는 결합 광원을 이용하여 광학 영상을 생성하는 광학 영상 장치 및 이를 이용한 광학 영상 생성 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서는, 시료로 소정의 빛을 조사하여 상기 시료에 대한 광학 영상을 생성하는 광학 영상 장치로서, 협대역광을 생성하는 협대역광원부 백색광을 생성하는 백색광원부 상기 협대역광원부 및 상기 백색광원부에서 생성된 빛을 결합하여 출력하는 광결합부 상기 광결합부에서 출력된 빛을 전달하여 상기 시료로 조사하는 광전달부 및 상기 시료에서 반사되거나 방출되는 빛을 검출하는 광검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 영상 장치를 개시하게 된다.
