PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shorts which is suitable for lightening abdominal pressure urinary incontinence.SOLUTION: In shorts 1, at least the central part 2a of a front girth part 2 and at least a part of both side parts 3L, 3R of a rear girth part 3 are formed of elastic cloth. The rear girth part 3 includes: a lower section 17a and an upper section 17b which are arranged in the longitudinal direction A in the central part 3c. The lower section 17a is formed of inextensible cloth, and the upper section 17b is formed of extensible cloth.
