The present invention relates to a new type of a low frequency electric stimulator. The low frequency electric stimulator comprises: a conductive electrode part for touching human body, formed on the bottom surface of an electrode protection film； and a conductive electrode part for transferring an electrical current, formed on the top surface of the electrode protection film. Thus, a possibility of having the conductive electrode part for transferring an electrical current come in contact with human body is fundamentally excluded. Also, the low frequency electric stimulator has a structure which protects the conductive electrode part for transferring an electrical current by a pad-type body.본 발명은, 인체 접촉용 도전성 전극부는 전극 보호용 필름의 하면에 형성되는 반면, 전류 전달용 도전성 전극부는 전극 보호용 필름의 상면에 형성되도록 하여, 전류 전달용 도전성 전극부가 인체와 접할 가능성을 원천적으로 배제하며, 아울러 전류 전달용 도전성 전극부가 패드형 몸체에 의하여 보호될 수 있는 구조를 가진 새로운 형태의 저주파 전기 자극기에 관한 것이다.
