PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement direction conversion mechanism which permits selection of rotation direction of a cam upon the switching of a channel using a stop cock and reliably performs rotation/stopping at every 90°.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: a pin 214 which performs linear motion along a groove 212 of a cam 206 to which a three-way stop cock 201 is connected the cam 206 which performs rotary motion and a control part which subjects the pin 214 to linear motion along the extension direction of the cam 206, causes the cam 206 to rotate around a center shaft 211 of the rotation and, thereby, switches a channel of the three-way stop cock 201.
