The present invention refers to a composition comprising N-acetylcysteine and/or lysozyme； or N-acetylcysteine and microencapsulated gastroprotected lysozyme with probiotic bacteria for use in the pharmacological treatment of gastric hyperacidity. Said composition is capable of restoring the stomach's own barrier effect, which is lost during the pharmacological treatment of gastric hyperacidity, and of minimising the secondary effects due to said pharmacological treatment.La présente invention porte sur une composition comprenant de la N-acétylcystéine et/ou un lysozyme ； ou de la N-acétylcystéine et un lysozyme gastro-protégé microencapsulé en association avec des bactéries probiotiques, destinée à être utilisée dans le traitement pharmacologique de l'hyperacidité gastrique.
