Disclosed are a glycalpyramide derivative and an application thereof in preparation of an anticoccidial drug. A structural formula of the glycalpyramide derivative is shown in formulae from Formula (I) to Formula (VI). The glycalpyramide derivative of the present invention has a remarkable anticoccidial effect, particularly on certain coccidia having drug resistance to other anticoccidial drugs, and therefore the glycalpyramide derivative can be applied to preparation of anticoccidial drugs.
