The present invention relates to a tourmaline carbon hot-pack and a packing unit thereof, wherein the tourmaline carbon hot-pack is capable of maintaining a heating source at a constant temperature and prolonging heating duration, while lowering oxygen permeability to thereby increase the storability thereof. The tourmaline hot-pack of the present invention comprises a heating body which generates heat through an exothermic reaction and a non-woven fabric which surrounds and contains the heating body therein, wherein tourmaline powder is added to the heating body. The packing unit of the tourmaline hot-pack comprises a tourmaline carbon hot-pack and a packing film which packages the tourmaline carbon hot-pack, wherein the packing film is made of a carbon film containing carbon or carbon nanotubes.
