To provide an osteopathy treatment instrument which allows to have a healthy skeleton structure which is hardly distorted by slowly returning warped bone including cartilage to a normal position.
SOLUTION: The osteopathy treatment instrument has a holder 7 set in a horizontal or near-horizontal state along the lateral direction onto a frame 1 to be set upright ON a floor. A slide bar 8 is retained reciprocally slidable to the holder 7 in a state of projecting from both end parts. A presser 3 is set ON one end part of the slide bar 8. A rope 9 fastened ON the slide bar 8 is dangled via a pulley 92. The presser 3 is pressed against a desired site of a body by a weight 4 to draw the rope 9. The holder 7 is slidablly attached to at least a pair of guide posts 6a, 6a almost vertically set ON the frame 1 and a locking means 71 is provided to fasten the holer 7 to at least one of the guide posts 6a and 6a.
