The laser therapy device includes a machine station, a frame, at least one seat and a plurality of optical fiber units. The machine station has a plurality of laser modules. The frame is arranged on the machine station. The seat is mounted on the frame. The optical fiber units are arranged between the laser modules and the seat, and have one ends connected to the laser module and the other ends assembled to the seat. The other ends of the optical fiber units are exposed beyond a bottom of the seat. The laser beams produced by the laser modules are transmitted through the optical fiber units to the seat for treatment of cerebral stroke.
