An aerosol therapy apparatus consists of an aerosol body (10) and a motor-compressor module (20) housed in a module seat (102) located in the aerosol body (10). The motor-compressor module (20) comprises an electric motor and a compressor unit actuatable by the electric motor. The aerosol body (10) is made exclusively of interlockable bricks (30) and the compressor module (20) has a module body (208) wherein at least one coupling portion (210) is made shaped so as to interlock with a corresponding portion of the module seat (102).
