PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site-specific conjugate. The present invention relates to an antibody conjugate containing a GlcNAc-S(A)x substituent. GlcNAc is N-acetylglucosamine, S(A)x is a sugar derivative containing x functional groups A, A is selected from the group consisting of azido group, keto group and alkynyl group, and x is 1 2, 3 or 4 and said GlcNAc-S(A)x substituent is attached to the antibody via C1 of its N-acetylglucosamine, which N-acetylglucosamine may be fucosylated. Further, it relates to a method for preparing a modified antibody, a method for preparing an antibody conjugate, and the above antibody conjugate for use as a medicine.
