1. A method of reducing the frequency of urination in a subject, comprising: administering to a subject in need of a pharmaceutical composition comprising: an effective amount of an active ingredient comprising zolpidem and one or more analgesic agents. The method of claim 1, wherein said active ingredient further comprises an additional agent selected from the group consisting of antimuscarinic agents, antidiuretic agents, and antispasmodics. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said pharmaceutical composition is formulated for immediate release, delayed release, sustained release, or combinations thereof. The method of claim 1, wherein said one or more analgesic agents are formulated for sustained release and wherein said zolpidem is formulated for immediate release. A method according to claim 4, wherein said one or more analgesic agents are formulated for delayed release and wherein said zolpidem is formulated for immediate release. A method for reducing the urination frequency in a subject, comprising: administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of botulinum toxin, wherein said botulinum toxin is administered by injection into the muscle of the bladder. 7. The method of claim 6, further comprising: administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising: an effective amount of an active ingredient comprising one or more analgesic agents. The method of claim 7, wherein said one or more analgesic agents is selected from the group consisting of aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, sodium naproxen, indomethacin, nabumetone, and acetate1.
