The invention relates to a direction-changing structure of an endoscope. The direction-changing structure essentially comprises multiple serially coupled joint units. Each joint unit comprises two joint rings separated from each other and two rotation cores. Each rotation core is disposed between the two joint rings and comprises a first core block and a second core block. The first and second core blocks each comprise an embedded part that is fit in a linear hole of the two joint rings. In addition, the second core block contact an end of the first core block with a spherical convex part.
