PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiotherapy apparatus capable of facilitating the accurate confirmation of a leaf setting state of a multi-leaf collimator.SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation device includes: an illumination unit for illuminating a multi-leaf collimator an imaging unit for imaging the multi-leaf collimator illuminated by the illumination unit and an image generation collation unit.
