PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface that provides at least a useful option to industry and users. The interface includes a mask. The mask includes a frame and a seal supported by the frame. Headgear is connected to the mask. The interface includes (i) an adjustment mechanism that can set the working length of the loop defined by the mask and headgear； and (2) selectively lengthening and returning the loop defined by the mask and headgear to the working length.
