FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Via surgical access transpedicular screws are introduced through rooths of arches of adjacent vertebrae. After that transpedicular screw is introduced into large fragment of affected vertebra through Roy-Camille point. From the side of large fragment transpedicular screws are connected by means of bar, with rigid fixation in it of transpedicular screws, introduced into vertebra adjacent to affected one. Diastasis between fragments of affected vertebra is eliminated due to ensuring rotation of transpedicular screw, introduced into large fragment, around bar axis. The latter screw is fixed in bar. Transpedicular screw is introduced into second fragment of injured vertebra through contralateral point of Roy-Camille with ensuring its passage through the fracture line into first fragment. System mounting is finished by installation of second bar from the other side with rigid fixation of the remaining transpedicular screws in it. Bars are connected to each other by means of connector.EFFECT: method increases reposition possibilities of internal system and ensures reliability of fixation of injured vertebra fragments.1 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к вертебрологии. Через хирургический доступ вводят транспедикулярные винты через корни дуг смежных позвонков. Затем вводят через точку Рой-Камилла в крупный отломок поврежденного позвонка транспедикулярный винт. Соединяют транспедикулярные винты со стороны крупного отломка штангой, жестко фиксируя в ней транспедикулярные винты, введенные в смежные от поврежденного позвонки. Устраняют диастаз между отломками поврежденного позвонка путем осуществления компрессии отломков в зоне перелома за счет обеспечения поворота введенного в крупный отломок транспедикулярного винта вокруг оси штанги. Жестко фиксируют последний в штанге. Через контралатеральную точку Рой-Камилла вводят во второй отломок поврежденного позвонка транспедикулярный винт
