The cores (4, 15, 21) have an electronic chip (30) inserted therein, which, after becoming soaked with menstrual blood, can automatically send signals to an intelligent terminal of a user, so as to remind the user to replace the hygienic product in time. The manufacturing method of the hygienic product for menstrual periods uses a hydrophilic material to make the cores (4, 15, 21). A limiting pin (5) is pasted onto the surface of the cores (4, 15, 21). The cores (4, 15, 21) are put into a forming mold of the outer sleeve which is injected with a liquid impermeable material, heated and solidified.
