The present invention relates to a drop hose with a decompression liner. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a hose body including a supply path which is formed in the longitudinal direction and discharge holes which are formed through one side of the supply path； and a decompression liner including a body part which is attached to an inner circumferential surface of the supply path in order to cover the discharge holes, a water supply part which consists of water supply holes formed in the longitudinal direction of the body part through one sidewall or both sidewalls of the body part to communicate with the supply path, a decompression part which is made of a decompression path formed in a left and right zigzag direction while communicating with the water supply part in the longitudinal direction of the body part from the inside of the water supply part, and a discharge part which communicates with the decompression part in the longitudinal direction of the body part at a position corresponding to the discharge holes.
