PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access port which is provided with a self-closing valve body where a communication hole automatically closes when not in use, can connect a variety of male connectors, and easily wipe off and sterilize a peripheral part of the communication hole of the valve body.SOLUTION: A valve body 20 is gripped by a port body 10 and a fixed cover 30. On the fixed cover, an opening 32a for exposing a communication hole of the valve body is formed. A movable cover 40 provided with a sleeve 41 in which a male lure is insertable is joined to the fixed cover. The movable cover is rotatable with respect to the fixed cover in a way that the sleeve is displaceable to a closed position coaxially arranged with respect to the opening of the fixed cover and to an open position where an end edge of the opening of the fixed cover is exposed. On the fixed cover, a nail 35 engageable with a male connector provided with the male lure is formed.
