PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing container returnable to natural soil after use, contributing to environmental protection, reusable as a cultivation container, excellent in water retainability, having a good hygienic aspect, enabling easy enjoyment of vegetable cultivation in a room at home, and expected to bring an effect of reducing the amount of carbon in the atmosphere.SOLUTION: This packing container includes a packing container body 1 made of synthetic resin to be decomposed in the nature, and having a hollow part 10 for holding goods 19 in the inside, and a draining hole 6 opening downward by the force of cultivated plants on the bottom plate part 4, and a cover body 2 for covering, similarly made of synthetic resin to be decomposed in the nature in the low empty part 11 of the body. Furthermore, the container has a growing hole 8 opening upward by the force of cultivated plants, and a water-pouring cut hole 9 supplying water to cultivated plants in the cover body 2, and includes vegetable seeds 13 and germination bed 14 in the inside of the cover body 2.
