The present invention relates to a plant cultivation kit, and more specifically, to a plant cultivation kit which is provided with all necessary conditions for plant cultivation, thereby allowing anyone to cultivate plants such as lettuce, hot peppers, tomatoes, and the like, to obtain pesticide-free vegetables at home. In particular, the plant cultivation kit has a structure capable of being distributed through supermarkets while having a soil planted with seeds contained inside a cultivation container, so that a user can immediately start cultivating the plants simply by opening the package after the purchase at a supermarket. The plant cultivation kit has a cultivation container and a cover capable of serving as a water tray, formed in a trapezoidal shape with a wider top and a narrower bottom, which causes the cover to press the soil and seeds upon contacting an upper end of the cultivation container, thus preventing the kit from being shaken during a distribution process.
