The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising dapagliflozin L-proline. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention exhibits excellent elution rates and body absorption rates, thereby being useful as an agent for preventing or treating diabetes, diabetes-related diseases and diabetic complications.본 발명은 다파글리플로진 L-프롤린을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 다파글리플로진 L-프롤린을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물은 다파글리플로진 L-프롤린의 d(0.9)가 60μm 이상의 큰 입도 분포를 가지는 경우에도 우수한 용출 특성을 가지며, 제조공정이 간단하며 유효성분의 손실이 적은 장점을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 용출률 및 생체 흡수율이 우수한 당뇨병, 당뇨병 관련 질환 및 당뇨병성 합병증의 예방 또는 치료제로 활용될 수 있다.
