PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist fixing belt to be wound around the waist so as to reduce the pain or fatigue of the waist due to long-time labor or the like, and having a function of absorbing sweat from a body when worn.SOLUTION: The waist fixing belt is formed of front cloths and rear cloths, includes female and male locking means formed at both longitudinal ends, and expansion/contraction parts formed in a part longitudinally.
