The system has tubs, whose frontal faces (101) receiving plants are closed by a grille (30). Vertical rails (11) are fixed on a support (S), and lock rails are fixed on the rails. The tubs have suspension units (102) e.g. brackets, along an upper edge (103) to fix the tubs upon the lock rails. The tubs are supported against one of the lock rails along a lower edge (104). Bank sheet is fixed on one of the lock rails to mask an end of the lock rail along a height of a vegetal wall. The tubs contain a substrate, and a textile fabric (41) interposed between the grille and the substrate.
