A fixed rail which is fixed to a fixing plate in a radial shape with a strip can fix four, six, eight and each rails is comprised to fix two rails where the concentric circle corresponds to the shaft in a straight line. The rail is comprised to control the length of the whole rail by connecting various lengths of the secondary rails. The center of the rail is formed with a secondary supporting board(14).
