PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement device for the eyeball and the like, in a case where light exiting light passing across the anterior chamber and receiving the light passing across the anterior chamber and exiting from the eyeball is received, facilitating arrangement of light exiting means or light receiving means compared with a case of exiting and receiving light without deviating positions of the eyeball in the depth direction between the inner canthus side and the outer canthus side.SOLUTION: An optical measurement device 1 is provided with an optical system 20, which is used to measure the characteristics of the aqueous humor in the anterior chamber 13 of the eye 10 of a measurement subject, and a holding unit 50, which holds the optical system 20 and the like.
