PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeball measurement device which can further increase the accuracy of measurement of an eyeball.SOLUTION: An eyeball measurement device includes two optical systems: an object side telecentric optical system and an image side telecentric optical system. Each of the optical systems shares a lens, closest to a measurement object, of lenses of each of the optical systems. An optical system switch part of the eyeball measurement device switches between the incoming of irradiation light to the object side telecentric optical system and the incoming of irradiation light to the image side telecentric optical system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
