The present invention relates to a cartridge with an embedded clip unit of a clip treatment device for an endoscope which is used in suturing a bleeding portion by being inserted and exposed in a body through an endoscope. The cartridge with an embedded clip unit of a clip treatment device for an endoscope comprises: a clip unit accommodation part (10) to insert a clip unit (50) while a clip is spread； an upper and a lower pressing part (30) extended from a rear side of the clip unit accommodation part to be vertically isolated； a coupling port (13) drilled on surfaces of the upper and the lower pressing part corresponding to each other in a connection portion (12) to communicate with a rear end of the clip unit accommodation part； and an inlet tube insertion part (40) recessed from the coupling port to a rear end in a longitudinal direction to insert a front end of an inlet tube (1). The clip unit accommodation part, the upper and the lower pressing part, and the inlet tube insertion part are formed into a single body. A front end of the clip unit accommodation part is formed into an opened insertion port (11) to insert the clip unit. The cartridge further comprises a cover (20) installed as a single body to be rotated by a hinge part (21) connecting one side thereof to one respective end of a front surface of the clip unit accommodation part to close the insertion port.본 발명은, 내시경을 통해 체내에 삽입노출시켜 출혈부위 등을 봉합하는데 사용하는 내시경용 클립처치기구의 클럽유닛이 내장된 카트리지에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명 내시경용 클립처치기구의 클럽유닛이 내장된 카트리지는, 클립이 벌어진 상태로 클립유닛(50)을 삽입하는 클립유닛수용부(10)와, 상기 클립유닛수용부의 후측부에 상하로 격리되게 연장되는 상·하가압편(30)과, 상기 상·하가압편의 서로 대응하는 면에 클립유닛수용부의 후단과 연통하게 연결부위(12)의 내부에 천공되는 결합구(13)와, 상기 결합구로부터 후단까지 길이방향으로 함몰형성되어 도입관(1)의 전단부를 삽입하는 도입관삽입부(40)을 포함하여 구성되는 내시경용 클립처치기구의 클립유닛이 내장된 카트리지에 있어서,상기 클립유닛수용부와 상·하가압편 및 도입관삽입부는 단일체로 형성되며, 상기 클립유닛수용부는 전단이 클립유닛을 삽입하게 개방되는 삽입구(11)로 형성되고, 일측단을 상기 클립유닛수용부의 대응하는 전면 일단에 연결하는 힌지부(21)에 의해 회동되어 상기 삽입구를 닫아주게 단일체로 부설되는 덮개(20)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
