A method of preparing a green milk powder consisting of the following stages: a. pretreatment, which includes: * cutting a vegetable shoot 2 ~ 5 cm above the ground when the plant shoot has grown to 25 ~ 45 cm in height, * washing away the soil and impurities from the surface of the plant sprout, * wash the plant sprout with ozonated sterilization water and then wash the plant sprout with room-temperature deionized water, and * crush the vegetable sprout; b. filtration, which comprises squeezing, filtering and extracting the juice of the ground vegetable sprout, thus obtaining a vegetable sprout juice; c. mixing, which comprises mixing the vegetable sprout juice obtained in step (b) and a whole milk in a predetermined proportion until uniformity, until the mixture becomes a homogeneous juice; wherein the juice is 0.1-40% by weight of the vegetable milk; d. concentration, which comprises concentrating the homogeneous juice by evaporation using an evaporator until it becomes a concentrated liquid; and e. dry the concentrated liquid and turn it into a milk powder; in which the plant sprout is selected from the group consisting of barley shoot, wheat sprout, upland barley shoot, buckwheat sprout, black barley sprout, oat sprout, wild oat sprout and combinations thereof .Un método de preparación de una leche verde en polvo que consiste en las siguientes etapas: a. tratamiento previo, que comprende: * cortar un brote vegetal 2~5 cm por encima del suelo cuando el brote vegetal ha crecido hasta 25~45 cm de altura, * retirar mediante lavado la tierra y las impurezas de la superficie del brote vegetal, * lavar el brote vegetal con agua de esterilización ozonizada y luego lavar con agua desionizada el brote vegetal a temperatura ambiente, y * triturar el brote vegetal; b. filtración, que comprende exprimir, filtrar y extraer el zumo del brote vegetal triturado, obteniéndose así un zumo de brote vegetal; c. mezcla, que comprende mezclar el zumo de brote vegetal obtenido en la e
