The claimed method for performing ophthalmosurgical operations includes forming a recipient bed and implanting an autograft consisting of a portion of the patients own nail plate, which is shaped to fit the recipient bed, and which is sterilized and then kept in a dry environment prior to implantation. Lautogreffon est proche par sa composition chimique et ses propriétés physiques aux tissus de lœil on constate labsence de toute réaction de rejet de la part du système immunitaire, et une adaptation du site daccueil est assurée grâce à un gonflement naturel.Патентуемый способ проведения офтальмохирургических операций включает выполнение воспринимающего ложа и имплантацию аутотрансплантанта из фрагмента ногтевой пластинки самого пациента, который моделируют по форме воспринимающего ложа, а после стерилизации перед имплантацией выдерживают в сухой атмосфере. Аутотрансплантат близок по своему химическому составу и физическим свойствам к тканям глаза, отсутствует реакция отторжения иммунной системой и обеспечивается адаптация к форме воспринимающего ложа в результате естественного разбухания.
