PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of hair cosmetics which do not increase or reduce the viscosity when compounding a perfume component, and can maintain aroma during use and after use in a moderate strength.SOLUTION: A production method of hair cosmetics comprises mixing and emulsifying the components in which components (A)-(D) are excluded from the total components including components (A)-(E), and subsequently adding a perfume component at 0-60°C to mix, wherein (A)+(D)≤4 mass%, and 0.2<(A[(A)+(D)]<0.8.
