PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band which facilitates an adjustment of a protruding amount of an acupuncture point pressing member for compressing Naikan point.SOLUTION: A wrist band 10 includes a wrist band body 1 and a small screw-like member 2 that is an acupuncture point pressing member. The wrist band body 1 is attached to a wrist L. The wrist band body 1 is composed of a belt-like metal plate which can be wound internally by approximately one or more rounds from both end parts in a surface direction. The small screw-like member 2 has a hemispherical head part and a shaft part where a male screw is formed. The small screw-like member 2 is detachably attached to the inside of the wrist band body 1. The head part can be brought into contact at least with Naikan point of the acupuncture point of the wrist L. The shaft part can be threadably engaged with a female screw part of the wrist band body 1.
