To provide a dental torque wrench capable of stably maintaining an attachment state when a head and a trunk are attached, and easily detaching the head and the trunk.SOLUTION: A dental torque wrench comprises: a main body comprising a head and a cylindrical trunk； a main shaft； and a pin. The dental torque wrench comprises a holding member which can be held between an outer peripheral surface of an insertion part and an inner peripheral surface of the trunk, on the insertion part of the head which is inserted into an inner space of the trunk, and which has a prescribed opening in axial view of the pin. A side surface of a pin body of the pin comprises at least one protrusion protruded in a radial direction of the pin body. A side surface of the insertion part has a first notch into which the protrusion can be inserted and from which the protrusion can be detached.
