PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid for preventing a body fluid from leaking, which covers a body fluid absorptive article from the outside so as to correspond to the position of a genital organ when mounting the body fluid absorptive article such as a diaper or a urine absorbent pad, and presses the body fluid absorbent article by the peripheral wall ends of the aid, thereby suppressing an unpleasant feeling in mounting, and controlling a urinating direction.SOLUTION: The aid for mounting the body fluid absorptive article is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape wherein two faces including at least a lower surface are opened and the external side of the body fluid absorbent article is stored inside by hauling. Then, the aid covers the body fluid absorptive article from the outside to obtain a space between the body fluid absorptive article and a sexual organ. Consequently, a user urinates without an oppressive feeling and obtains a comfortable wearing feeling.
