On a covering surface covered by the covering material, there are formed a plurality of first linear pattern portions 6a, a plurality of second linear pattern portions 6b crossing each of the first linear pattern portions, and a processed area 10 which is positioned in a region surrounded by the first linear pattern portion and the second linear pattern portion, and to which fine processing is applied.
