CONSTITUTION: A device for lower body exercise and rehabilitation training comprises a running part (100), a lift part (200), and an exoskeleton part (300). The running part includes a frame, a driving motor installed on the frame, right and left wheels installed on the frame and driven by the driving motor, and a main lift motor installed on the frame. The lift part comprises a main lift link part which is rotationally combined with the frame and is provided with power from the main lift motor, a lift frame part which is combined with the main lift link part and moves up and down, a seat part which is combined with the main lift link part and is folded and unfolded according to the movement of the lift frame part, and a back rest part which is combined with a linear guide to vertically move on the lift frame part.본 발명은 장애인 및 노약자의 하지 운동 및 재활훈련을 위하여 사용자의 하체에 착용하는 외골격을 휠체어 형태의 리프트 및 주행부와 함께 결합한 휠체어 결합형 하지 운동/재활훈련 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 주행부와 리프트부와 외골격부를 포함하여 구성된다. 주행부는 프레임에 주행 모터가 설치되어 좌우 바퀴를 구동하고 메인 리프트 모터를 구비한다. 리프트부는 프레임에 사절링크 형태로 회전 결합되어 메인 리프트 모터로부터 동력을 제공받는 메인 리프트 링크부를 구비한다. 또한, 리프트부는 메인 리프트 링크부에 회전 결합되어 사분원의 경로를 그리며 상승/하강하는 리프트 프레임부와, 메인 리프트 링크부에 회전 결합되어 리프트 프레임부가 상승할 때 펴지고 리프트 프레임부가 하강할 때 접히는 시트부와, 리프트 프레임부에 수직으로 움직이도록 리니어 가이드에 의해 결합된 등받이부를 구비한다. 외골격부는 고관절 구동장치와 허벅지 프레임과 슬관절 구동장치와 정강이 프레임과 족관절 구동부와 발 보조기를 구비한다.
