An enclosed ecosystem experiment device (1) according to the present invention includes an ecological water tank (30), a distribution tank (20) and an introduction pipe (40). The ecological water tank (3) has an inlet (31) and an outlet (32). The distribution tank (20) is installed in the ecological water tank (30) to supply water. The introduction pipe (40) links the distribution tank (20) with the inlet (31). Inlets (31) are formed at multiple layers on one sidewall of the ecological water tank (30) so that the inlets (31) can be used at various heights. Preferably, a light shielding blind (160) is installed on at least one layer around a sidewall of the ecological water tank (30). Preferably, a light irradiation device (90) is installed at an upper space of the ecological water tank (30) to irradiate light into the ecological water tank (30). According to the present invention, various flow rates are employed according to depths of water in match with the real situation of flowing water in river, stream or sea. In addition, the degree of darkness can be varied and an amount of irradiated light can be adjusted according to the depths of water, so that an environment in the ecological water tank (30) can be built as similarly as possible with a real natural environment. Accordingly, the ecological environment under water can be investigated and studied with significant accuracy and reliability.본 발명에 따른 폐쇄생태계 실험장치(1)는, 유입구(31)와 유출구(32)가 형성되는 생태수조(30)； 생태수조(30)에 물을 공급하도록 설치되는 분배조(20): 분배조(20)와 유입구(31)를 연결하도록 설치되는 유입관(40)； 을 포함하여 이루어지되, 유입구(31)가 높이를 달리하도록 생태수조(30)의 한쪽 측벽에 복수개의 층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 생태수조(30)의 측벽 둘레에 차광블라인드(160)가 한 층 이상 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 생태수조(30) 내로 광을 조사하기 위한 광조사장치(90)가 생태수조(30)의 상부 공간에 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명에 의하면, 강, 하천, 바다 등과 같이 흐르는 물의 실제 상황에 맞도록 수심별로 유속을 달리할 수 있고, 또한 수심에 따라 어둡기도 달리할 수도 있으며, 광 조사량도 조절할 수 있는 등 생태수조 내의 상황을 실제 자연환경에 최대한 근접하게 조성할 수 있게 되므로, 매우 정확하고 신뢰성 있게 물속의 생태환경을 조사 연구할 수 있다.
