PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image measuring device capable of efficiently and surely performing image diagnosis by quickly measuring a distance in an image for diagnosis.SOLUTION: An image for diagnosis for performing medical image diagnosis is displayed at a predetermined scaling factor on a display device 30 of a diagnostic main unit 2 in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1. A digital caliper 4 measures a distance of a measurement object on the image for diagnosis by applying a jaw 12 on the image for diagnosis, and distance data corresponding to the measurement value is generated. A controller 20 provided on the diagnostic main unit 2 calculates an actual distance corresponding to the distance on the image for diagnosis on the basis of a screen size of the display device 30, display scaling factor of the image for diagnosis and the distance data, and displays the calculated value on the display device 30 of the diagnostic main unit 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】診断用画像における距離の測定を迅速に行い、画像診断を効率よく確実に行うことができる医療画像測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】超音波診断装置1における診断装置本体2の表示装置30には医療画像診断を行うための診断用画像が所定の倍率で表示される。デジタルノギス4は、診断用画像上にジョウ12をあてて診断用画像上における測定対象の距離を測定し、その測定値に応じた距離データを生成する。診断装置本体2に設けられたコントローラ20は、表示装置30の画面サイズ、診断用画像の表示倍率、及び距離データに基づいて、診断用画像上の距離に応じた実際の距離を算出し、その算出値を診断装置本体2の表示装置30に表示する。【選択図】図2
